Is it better to do weight training before cardio or cardio
first. Is there a difference in what to do first. I switch
depending on how much time I have to work out. Any tips or

How important is body mass? I'm a big guy to begin with,
and i've got a nice layer or two of chub on me. I have not
met a lot of people who care that i'm big, and some who
love it. I'm just wondering if the females in the audience
feel the same way as everyone I know.

Importance of Accessory Muscles 4/22/2005
It's easy for guys to focus on chest and arms while ignoring
certain groups like back muscles and legs. These "accessory"
muscles are key to supporting your frame, as well as your
partners'. Even if you don't spend much time at
the gym, make sure you do at least one exercise targeting
these muscles, and you'll notice a huge difference

Does race, breast size, hair color etc. have anything at all to do with? 4/17/2005
I asked a similar question in my group "catfight lovers"
but I always run into guys that say things like "african
american women are tougher than other women" or "large
breasted women can beat smaller breasted women"
or even "brunettes are tougher than blondes".

Good face structure 4/10/2005
I dont know how many other people experience this too, but
whenever I stop working out (for about 2-3 days) my face
is the first thing to look fat. It's wierd, after I work
out, my face chisels into a V-shape kind of thing. It looks
very sexy, but when I stop working briefly, it quickly widens,
and loses the trim. And since my face is a little thick anyways,

The most important park of working out is just doing it.
Get your ass to the gym, or dungeon, or wherever you go. Alot
of people here say they are into pain, well not when it comes

Simple Fast Effective workout 3/15/2005
This is an old workout routine, and has been around for almost
a century...the reason it has been is it works. You can carry
all your exercise eguipment in a shirt pocket. All you need
is a deck of cards and a way to keep track of the time. Depending

I love exercise, I swim 3 – 5 times a week and yes it does make

i work out all the time and am trying to grow a more impressive

Lower Back 11/28/2004
Last year I was splitting stumps for my father and grandfather
using a sledge hammer and wedges. Pulled something in my
lower back. Went to the chiropractor and had x-rays taken.
Let them work on me and now three months later I still have
discomfort and pain. Any other suggestions. The x-rays
didn't show anything serious.

Exercises for the inner vaginal muscles, the fanny and
the abdomen can all be done by simply tightening muscles,
then relaxing them. This can be done without special equipment
or a specific set time to do these exercises. I do all three
as I move through my day in sets of 25. My experience has been
